Es Pisang Ijo

Bahan pewarna (air pandan):
1) 100g daun pandan, potong-potong.
2) 250ml air.

Bahan pisang hijau:
1) 6 buah pisang raja yg sudah matang.
2) 100g tepung beras.
3) 100g tepung terigu.
4) 25g gula pasir.
5) 300ml santan kental. 
6) 250ml air pandan.
7) 2 tetes pasta pandan.

Bahan vla santan:
1) 25g tepung beras.
2) 250ml santan. 
3) 50g gula pasir.
4) sedikit garam.

Pelengkap:
1) pecahan/serutan es batu secukupnya.
2) susu kental manis.
3) kacang tanah.
4) Jika suka bisa ditambah keju dan sirup sesuai selera.

Cara membuat:
  1. Blender daun pandan yang sudah dicuci dan diberi air, saring.
  2. Siapkan wadah dan masukkan semua bahan pisang hijau, aduk hingga rata, saring adonan jika ada yang menggumpal.
  3. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang dan kukus selama 20 menit, lalu angkat dan uleni hgg adonan kalis.
  4. Letakkan 3 sdm adonan diatas selembar plastik, tipiskan dan bungkus 1 buah pisang diatasnya.
  5. Kukus selama 15 menit, lalu dinginkan. 
  6. Vla: siapkan panci, masukkan bahan vla, aduk terus hingga kental dan muncul letupan, masak dengan api kecil.
  7. Potong pisang sesuai selera, tuang vla diatasnya dan beri bahan pelengkap.
